the Platform may display advertising, sponsored links, promotional materials, and third-party
content.
1.2 This disclosure constitutes an essential transparency component and a condition of use of
the Platform.

SECTION 2. EXISTENCE OF ADVERTISING

2.1 The Platform may display, on a continuous or intermittent basis:
a) graphic advertisements,
b) banners,
c) sponsored links,
d) text ads,
e) promotional materials,
f) advertising integrations.
2.2 Such advertisements may be provided by external ad networks, aﬃliates, direct
advertisers, or other third parties.

SECTION 3. AFFILIATE PROGRAMS

1 The Platform may participate in aﬃliate programs.
2 Certain links or advertisements may generate revenue for the Operator if the User interacts
with them or completes subsequent actions.
3 Participation in aﬃliate programs does NOT involve any cost to the User.

SECTION 4. NO ENDORSEMENT OR RECOMMENDATION

4.1 The display of advertising or aﬃliate links does NOT constitute:
a) a recommendation,
b) an endorsement,
c) a guarantee,
d) a validation,
e) an approval of advertised content, products, or services.
4.2 The Operator does not represent or warrant the quality, legality, safety, or suitability of third-
party products or services.

SECTION 5. INDEPENDENCE FROM COMPETITIONS AND POINTS SYSTEM

5.1 Advertising and affiliate links operate independently from any guaranteed or direct outcomes within the points system and any competition.
5.2 Interaction with advertising:
a) does NOT directly grant points,
b) does NOT guarantee ranking improvement,
c) does NOT guarantee eligibility,
d) does NOT increase probabilities of winning,
e) does NOT determine or control competitive outcomes.
5.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, user activity on the Platform, including interactions with content and features, may be evaluated within a broader engagement framework used to determine points, rankings, and eligibility, subject to internal validation, weighting, and anti-fraud mechanisms at the sole discretion of the Operator.

SECTION 6. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

1 The Platform may display content originating from third parties.
2 The Operator does not control, review, or pre-edit such content.
3 The User interacts with third-party content at their sole risk.

SECTION 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR THIRD PARTIES

7.1 The Operator shall not be liable for:
a) acts or omissions of third parties,
b) external content,
c) advertised products or services,
d) transactions conducted outside the Platform.
7.2 Any claim must be directed directly to the relevant third party.

SECTION 8. ADVERTISING DATA AND TRACKING

8.1 Certain advertising providers may use cookies, identifiers, or similar technologies.
8.2 Such technologies are governed by the privacy policies of the respective third parties.

SECTION 9. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

9.1 The Operator endeavors to work with advertising networks and partners that comply with
applicable law.
9.2 However, the Operator does not guarantee individual compliance by each third party.

SECTION 10. NO OBLIGATION TO INTERACT

10.1 Users are not obligated to interact with advertising.
10.2 Interaction with ads is voluntary.

SECTION 11. MODIFICATIONS

11.2 Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the current version.

SECTION 12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

12.1 This document is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
12.2 Any dispute shall be submitted to competent courts in Mexico.
